Introduction Digital literacy encompasses a range of skills and competencies required to effectively navigate, evaluate, and create information using digital technologies. As the digital landscape evolves, understanding and enhancing digital literacy becomes increasingly crucial. This article synthesizes insights from recent research to explore the conceptual framework, key competencies, and policy implications surrounding digital literacy.   Conceptual Framework Digital literacy is a multifaceted concept, integrating various skills necessary for thriving in a digital environment.
